The free trial

Every new account gets a trial. The owner approved these terms on 2026-10-28 (decision D49).
The terms#
- It lasts 14 days and needs no card.
- It starts when the account owner has confirmed their email address.
- The limits are those of the Pro plan: 5 sites and 6 target languages, with the Pro allowance of AI words. The allowance is counted from the day the trial starts.
Email reminders#
You get an email 3 days before the trial ends and another after it has ended. Each is sent once.
When it ends#
The account falls back to the Free plan. Published translations keep serving. See Plans and the AI-word allowance.
When you pay during the trial#
A paid plan always wins. As soon as you have a paid subscription, its limits apply, and the trial no longer matters.
If you had a paid plan before#
A trial does not come back for an account whose paid subscription has ended.
